Tuition and Fees are as follows:

1. Registration Fee                                  $175 per student (covers student insurance, yearbook, WVCEA and AACS membership dues)
2. International Student Fee            $350 per student (covers student processing and forms)
3. MySchoolWorx Fee                       $50 per family (covers parent’s access to online grading system)
4. Material and Activity Fee             $250 per student (covers internet activity, computer lab, science lab, physical education equipment)
5. Electronic Device Fee                    $135 per student (covers e-textbooks, filtering, and IT support; this is for 8^th-12^th grades only; you can either purchase your own iPad or lease one from GCS for $12 per month per student)
6. Tuition                                                        $12,658 for one student, $22,050 for two students from the same family (regular price; BUT there is a special going on right now for the first 10 International Students who are accepted to GCS, the tuition rate will be discounted 15%, so for the first 10 accepted students, the tuition rate would be $10,759 for one student and $18,743 for two students from the same family)
7. Lunchroom Fee                                    $500 per year (covers lunches and milk/drink each day)
8. Room/Board Set Up Fee                 $750 per student (to host family; covers initial housing cost:  beds, toiletries, linens, room furniture)
9. Room/Board Fee                                 $1000 per student per month (to host family; covers utilities, food, travel needs, general expenditures)
10. Emergency Fund Fee                         $2000 per student (this one-time fee is held in reserve towards unexpected needs such as travel, trips, or other unforeseen events; the fund must be replenished at the end of the school year; the balance of the fund will be refunded when the student is no longer enrolled at GCS i.e. graduation or withdrawal)
